Decathlon's Water-Resistant Deception: A Disappointing Raincoat Purchase
At Samsun Piazza, I purchased a hunter raincoat from Decathlon. According to the product description, it is waterproof and can withstand heavy rain for up to 2 hours. The store employee warned me that it was not suitable for courier work, but I thought to myself, "It'll be fine for occasional use." But I was in for a surprise. I put on the raincoat, and hopped on my bike, and it started leaking within 30 minutes. I hadn't even used it for delivery. When I requested an exchange, they refused, claiming that it was my decision. Even the manager admitted, "Complain all you want; nothing will change." It's like a bad joke; they're even worse than your local shopkeepers.
