Decathlon Online Order Delay


My online order for camping gear, which included a tent, was sent on July 14, 2023, but I haven't received the package yet. The people who work in the warehouse are always trying to find an out. The people who work in customer service don't help either. I trusted these instructions and paid for the camping spot I had reserved. I got ready for my upcoming trip, asked for annual leave, and changed how much I was going to spend. Still, you are the one who made this pain happen, and I can't stand it. I've decided to file a complaint about this matter with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I will fight for what belongs to me!
