I purchased a pair of Decathlon-branded cleats through Trendyol. I received the product today, and upon inspection, I noticed that the screws on the cleats are too short. Because of this, the product cannot be used properly, and I believe it is defective.
I have not yet contacted Trendyol or Decathlon customer service about the issue. I would like to exchange the product at the Decathlon store in Mall of Istanbul. I have my order/invoice number available and can provide it if needed.
