DarkOrbit Admins Allow Bots Despite Rules While Banning My Complaints
Hello, I’ve written many times before, and since there’s no other section to file a complaint, I’m writing here. I am persistent on this matter and will soon report the game to Cyber Crimes. In the game, there are established rules of conduct; although using cheats, illegal mods, etc., is prohibited by law, out of 1,000 players, for example, 950 use bots or cheats, and the system doesn’t ban them. This is because administrators facilitate these sales to make money externally. Players can use bots for a month, and when we bring this up in chats or forums, they insult us, behave disrespectfully, and then ban us. When we contact support, they also respond with insults and don’t even provide general responses to our tickets, dismissing us entirely. There’s a system that doesn’t adhere to its own rules, and this seems to be the case in almost every country. I want to seek compensation, but currently, I don’t have access to a lawyer, consumer rights information, or funds. I hope to have these resources soon.
