Daikin Air Conditioner Service Installation Appointment Woes Undermine Brand Reputation

I am writing this review to share my personal experience and to request that Daikin address the issues in its service delivery. Customers trust and spend money on brands like Daikin, so it's reasonable to expect the brand to provide excellent service in return. I recently bought an air conditioner and plan to have it serviced by Daikin, a well-known brand known for its high-quality products. Firstly, the air conditioner installation did not go as planned. Daikin, a well-known company, did not install the unit correctly, which was disappointing, the scheduling of the appointment for servicing made things worse. Daikin scheduled an appointment for me 20 days later, which was quite a long wait. This meant I didn't have proper cooling during a time when I was hoping for efficient service.
