I am writing regarding an issue with the common wallet feature on Dafabet. On 25 April at around 12:35 pm, I made a deposit of ₹20,000 via UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it was never added to my Dafabet common wallet balance. After noticing that the money was missing, I contacted Dafabet support by email from my Gmail account and shared all the necessary details about the transaction. However, I have not received any response or resolution so far, which is causing me serious concern as this is a significant amount. I request that my ₹20,000, which was debited via UPI on 25 April but not credited to my Dafabet account, be refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible. I also ask that this issue be investigated and a clear explanation be provided.
