Both Deposit Payments Not Received

I am writing regarding a deposit problem I have experienced with my Dafasport account. On 2/6/26, I made two separate deposits of 2000 each from my Central Bank account to Dafasport. The payments were successfully completed from my bank side, but the deposit on Dafasport failed because I mistakenly entered the wrong UTR number. Even though the money has been successfully debited from my Central Bank account, it has not been credited to my Dafasport balance. It has now been 8 days since the transaction, and I have not received any response from Dafasport despite my attempts to contact support. I request that Dafasport urgently locate these two payments of 2000 each, made on 2/6/26 from my Central Bank account, and either manually credit the total amount to my Dafasport account or refund the full amount back to my bank account. I also request a clear explanation of the status of these transactions and why there has been no response so far. I kindly ask for this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
