The transaction was successfully completed from my side, yet the amount has still not been credited to my Dafasports balance after nearly four months. I have already shared clear, official proof that the funds were debited from my bank, including my bank statement and the successful transaction receipt. Despite this, your customer service agents have repeatedly responded with scripted replies and have failed to provide any concrete resolution. Recently, instead of resolving the issue, they even started threatening to block my account simply because I am persistently following up on my stuck funds. For clarity, the transaction details are as follows: the deposit amount is INR 34,000.00; the transaction date and time is 09-02-2026 at 06:34 PM; the Transaction ID is 491981699; the UPI UTR number is 299562608802; the recipient account number is 8086208***; and the recipient bank is Indian Bank, Lakhisarai Main Branch, Bihar, with IFSC IDIB000L517. All of these details can be legally verified with the payment provider and the bank. In light of the above, I request the immediate credit of this INR 34,000.00 to my Dafasports account without any further delay. I also expect that any threats regarding blocking my account for raising this legitimate issue be withdrawn, and that this matter be treated with the seriousness it deserves.
