Misleading Information on Cybex Anoris T i-Size Car Seat – Unable to Use as Expected
We purchased the Cybex Anoris T i-Size car seat from Opera Istanbul, expecting to use it when our child reached 9 kg, as stated on their website. However, the seat was far too large, and upon checking the manual, we realized the child must be 15 months old to use it. After reviewing Cybex’s German site and other international pages, we confirmed that the correct requirement is 15 months, not 9 kg. We reached out to Opera Istanbul, and while Mr. S**** was very helpful, the solution offered by the company was unacceptable. They suggested we return the seat at last year’s purchase price, but only if we buy another model from their store, essentially offering us half of what we paid. We had budgeted for this product before our baby was born and feel misled by the incorrect information. I urge anyone purchasing Cybex products to verify the details on Cybex’s official site to avoid similar issues.
