CVwizard Subscription Cancellation And Refund Request

I am writing to raise a serious complaint about unauthorized and recurring charges related to a CV creation subscription with CVwizard. I only intended to use the service once and paid for that first use. After that, I did not knowingly subscribe to any ongoing or monthly service, yet CVwizard has repeatedly attempted to deduct money from my South African bank account. Since that first payment, CVwizard has attempted to withdraw funds from my account every month, and, to my knowledge, they have succeeded once with a subsequent deduction. The most recent attempt was for R299.99, which I learned about via an SMS from my bank this morning. Fortunately, this latest transaction was declined because I no longer keep money in that account due to these repeated attempts. At no point did I clearly agree to a recurring subscription, and I was not properly informed that ongoing charges would be made. I've kept no funds in the account, but the attempts continue. I haven't been able to find clear contact details for CVwizard to resolve this directly. Please cancel any subscription or recurring payment associated with my details and issue a full refund of all charges taken after my initial one-time payment. I also expect written confirmation that my details have been removed from any automatic billing and that no further attempts will be made to charge my account.
