CVwizard Refund Request For Improper Charge

I am writing to submit a serious complaint about unauthorized and recurring charges related to a CV creation subscription with CVwizard. On 12 February 2026, I used CVwizard once to create a CV and paid a one-time fee of R19.99. I only intended to use the service that one time and did not knowingly subscribe to any ongoing or monthly service. Despite this, CVwizard has repeatedly attempted to deduct money from my Tyme Bank account every month. To my knowledge, they have successfully taken money once after the initial payment, and the most recent successful deduction was R299, which I was alerted to via SMS from my bank. I no longer keep money in that account because of these repeated unauthorized attempts. At no stage was it made clear to me that I was entering into a recurring subscription, nor was I properly informed that ongoing charges would be made to my account. I have tried to resolve this issue: my bank, Tyme Bank, advised me to contact CVwizard directly, and I subsequently sent them an email, but I have received no response. I also struggle to find clear and accessible contact information for CVwizard in order to address this matter. I request that any subscription, membership, or recurring payment linked to my details be cancelled immediately and that a full refund of R299 be issued for the unauthorized charge taken after my initial one-time payment of R19.99 on 12 February 2026. I also expect written confirmation that my details have been removed from any automatic billing system and that no further attempts will be made to charge my Tyme Bank account.
