CVwizard Complaint For Unauthorised Deduction


I used the CVwizard online CV maker and made what was indicated as a once-off payment of R20 from my Capitec savings account. Despite this, on 25 April 2026, an amount of R299 was deducted from the same Capitec savings account without my authorisation. I did not agree to any recurring subscription or further charges beyond the initial R20 payment. When I noticed the R299 deduction, I cancelled the subscription on Cvwizard, but I still consider this debit to be unauthorised. I request that the full amount of R299 be refunded to me and that all subscriptions be fully cancelled. I also want confirmation that my details will not be used for any future deductions and that no further debits will be processed from my Capitec savings account by Cvwizard or any related party.
