Refund For Unauthorized CVwizard Payment
On 3rd August 2026, I used CV Wizard’s services for a once‑off CV template download and made a single payment of approximately $2.43 for that service. I used the service only for that one time and did not select or agree to any free trial, subscription, or recurring payment option. Despite this, on 23rd August 2026 an amount of $19.99 was debited from my HBL Bank account in Multan, Pakistan by “CVwizard Nbwkqdjm Amsterdam (Card ****)” without my authorization or consent. I was not clearly informed at any point that there would be any recurring charges or further payments beyond my original one‑time purchase, and I did not approve such a charge. I request a full refund of the unauthorized $19.99 debited on 23rd August 2026 and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment that may have been created in my name without my clear consent. I also request written confirmation that all subscriptions associated with my details have been cancelled and that no further unauthorized debits will be made from my account.
