CVwizard Complaint Of Anauthorized Charge

I recently used the CV Amsterdam service and on May 20, 2026 I paid $0.99 with my Visa credit card for a single minimalist CV template. At that time, I only intended to make a one‑time payment for the template and I did not see any clear information about a subscription, automatic renewal, or any future recurring charges. However, on 06-03-2026 my Visa credit card was charged $19.99 by CV Amsterdam without my authorization or prior consent. I did not knowingly subscribe to any ongoing service or plan, and I was not informed in a clear and transparent way that an additional amount would be debited from my account. I request that the unauthorized charge of $19.99 be fully refunded to my card and that any potential subscription or automatic renewal linked to my account be cancelled so that no further amounts are taken. I would appreciate your prompt review of this situation and a written confirmation once the refund and cancellation have been processed.
