CVwizard Unauthorized Charges After Free Trial Subscription

I am writing to report and dispute unauthorized and unwanted debits made by Cvwizard on my TymeBank Visa debit card and to request a full refund and cancellation of any related subscription. I am based in South Africa and originally used Cvwizard only once for a free trial, during which I paid approximately R20 to create and download my CV. After that single use, I did not use their services again and did not knowingly agree to any recurring payments or subscription. Despite this, an amount of R299.99 was debited from my TymeBank Visa debit card on 26 March 2026, and again on 30 April 2026, both by Cvwizard. I did not authorize these debits, was not clearly informed of any subscription, and did not receive any prior notification or consent request for these payments. I have no ongoing relationship with Cvwizard beyond the initial trial and small one-time payment. After noticing these unauthorized transactions, I tried to contact Cvwizard to dispute the charges, but I could not find a clear or accessible communication channel to reach them and resolve the issue. I then contacted my bank, TymeBank, to dispute both transactions. TymeBank advised me to block my card but informed me that they cannot refund or reverse the debits, which leaves me without any resolution while the money has already been taken from my account. I request an immediate full refund of the two unauthorized debits of R299.99 each and the cancellation of any subscription, account, or automatic payment that may have been created in my name or linked to my card details without my explicit and informed consent. I also ask for written confirmation that my card details will be removed from your systems and that no further charges will be made to my card in the future.
