CVwizard Unauthorized Subscription
On 25 March 2026 I noticed that an amount of R299 had been deducted from my TymeBank account by CVwizard as a recurring payment that I did not authorise and know nothing about. I have never knowingly used CVwizard’s services and I did not agree to any form of recurring debit or subscription. After seeing this deduction, I contacted my bank, TymeBank, and they advised me to contact you and open a fraud case regarding this transaction. I am very concerned that money is being taken from my account without my consent. I request a full refund of the R299 already deducted and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment linked to my details, as well as an investigation into how my account was debited without my authorisation.
