Cvwizard Unauthorized Subscription Charges and Refund Request

I recently discovered that an unknown subscription with Cvwizard has been deducted from my Absa Bank debit card without my clear consent. On 13 August 2026, an amount of 299.99 ZAR was taken, and the same amount was deducted again on 13 September 2026. I do not recall knowingly starting a recurring subscription with Cvwizard and I was not properly informed that I would be charged a monthly fee. I therefore consider these recurring charges to be unauthorized. I request that my subscription with Cvwizard be cancelled immediately so that no further payments are taken from my Absa debit card, and that the amounts already deducted (at least the payments from 13 August 2026 and 13 September 2026) be fully refunded to me as soon as possible. In addition, I ask you to ensure that no further debits can be made to my Absa debit card for this service in the future. I kindly ask you to review this situation urgently and to confirm the cancellation, the blocking of any future charges and the refund in writing.
