CVwizard Took an Unexpected R300 Subscription Payment

10

I am using CVwizard from South Africa and I recently discovered that I am being charged R300 as a recurring subscription, even though I believed the service was free when I created my CV. On 11 August I signed up on CVwizard and created my CV because it was presented as free. At no point was it made clear to me that I would be charged R300 as a subscription fee, and I did not knowingly agree to such a paid plan. Despite this, money was deducted from my account in the early hours of the morning (around 4 AM on a Saturday) as a recurring international payment, which I only noticed afterwards. I did not expect this charge and I consider it an unauthorized or unfair deduction. I contacted CVwizard to complain about this, but so far I have not received any response. There has been no explanation of why I was charged or where I supposedly agreed to this subscription. I request that CVwizard immediately cancels my subscription and stops any further deductions, and that the full amount of R300 that was taken from my account be refunded to me.
