CV Wizard Charged 299.99 With No Active Service

Yesterday, on December 12, an amount of 299.99 was charged to my bank card ending in 7254 for the CV Wizard service, even though my account is not subscribed and I do not have access to the service. I paid by bank card and expected my subscription to become active, but despite the charge being completed, the service still shows as unsubscribed and I cannot use it. I contacted CV Wizard customer service regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. Since I was charged without having an active subscription or access to the service, I request a full refund of the 299.99 taken from my card. I kindly ask that this matter be handled as soon as possible and that I receive written confirmation once the refund has been processed.
