I purchased a CV writing service from CVwizard on the 7th for R299.99. The service was advertised with certain features and functionality which were important to me, but after using it, I found that many of these features are missing and the service is not working as advertised. Because the service I received does not match what was promoted, I no longer wish to use it, and I am dissatisfied with the purchase. I am therefore requesting a full refund of R299.99 and cancellation of the CV writing service associated with this payment. I kindly ask that my refund be processed as soon as possible and that written confirmation of the cancellation and refund be provided.
