CVwizard Premium Charged My Card Without Clear Subscription Consent

I recently discovered that CVwizard has been charging my Equity Bank card for a CVwizard Premium subscription without my clear knowledge or consent. I was charged 19.99 on 25.05.2026 and again 19.99 on 09.06.2026, even though I did not knowingly authorize a recurring monthly payment. After noticing these deductions, I contacted my bank, Equity Bank. They informed me that I should request the cancellation of this subscription from your side so that my card can be freed from any further automatic payments. I kindly request that you immediately cancel and unsubscribe me from CVwizard Premium so that no more charges are made to my card, and that you refund the 19.99 that has been taken from my account. I expect written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further payments will be debited from my card.
