CVwizard Deducted Money From My FNB Child Grant Without Warning
On 7 May 2026 an amount of R299.99 was debited from my FNB account by Cvwizard. This money was taken from my child grant, which I depend on for basic living expenses, and I am very disappointed and upset that it was debited in this way. About three months ago I signed up for a trial with Cvwizard. I was not expecting a R299.99 charge after this trial, and I did not knowingly agree to such a debit. When I saw the deduction, I immediately contacted Cvwizard, asked for a full refund of the R299.99 and requested that any subscription be cancelled. They told me they would get back to me, but I have not yet received my refund. I am requesting that Cvwizard urgently refunds the R299.99 deducted on 7 May 2026 and confirms that my subscription is cancelled so that no further amounts are taken from my account.
