CVwizard App Not Working After Payment—I Want My €20 Refund


I recently used the CVwizard app for a one-time CV download, and 20 euros were deducted from my account yesterday for this service. After the payment, I uninstalled the app from my phone, and when I tried to download and open it again, it would not open on my device, so I have not been able to access what I paid for. My CVwizard account and payment are linked to the email address enubeleprin*****@gmail.com. I sent an email to CVwizard support about this issue, but I have not received any response. Since I paid for a one-time download and I could not use the service properly and have had no support, I kindly request a full refund of the 20 euros that was deducted from my account.

I received an email from CVWizard stating that a refund would be issued, but I have not yet seen the refund in my account. However, their response was polite, and they explained the situation clearly and how it can be avoided next time.
