CV Wizard Charging Me Without Consent – Subscription Won’t Cancel

I am writing to report an issue with CV Wizard and to request the immediate termination of any subscription or agreement between us. I initially started being charged small amounts, around R10, and these payments have increased up to R299 per month. The most recent debit was taken from my TymeBank account yesterday. I have already tried to cancel the subscription and contacted CV Wizard, but despite this, they are still attempting to debit my account. I no longer wish to use their service, and I do not give permission for any further charges. I request that CV Wizard immediately cancel my subscription, permanently stop all current and future debits from my TymeBank account, and refund the amounts that have been taken, including the most recent debit of R299. I expect written confirmation that my subscription is cancelled and that no further payments will be attempted.
Progress
I previously submitted a complaint to CV Wizard regarding a subscription charge and a payment refund request from March 2026. With this message, I would like to clearly state that I am withdrawing my complaint against CV Wizard so that the refund process can continue as requested.
I confirm that I no longer wish to pursue the complaint and I kindly ask you to proceed with refunding the subscription payment taken in March 2026 on working days, as discussed with your team.
I would appreciate it if you could process the refund to the same payment method used for the subscription and inform me once it has been completed.
