On 05.08.2025 at 10:33, I discovered that ₺299 had been withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank debit card (last four digits: 0873) through an online transaction labeled as “cvm.com payment.” I never gave CVMaker any authorization or consent for this payment, and I have never knowingly used their service on this date. This transaction was carried out entirely without my knowledge.
The moment I noticed the charge, I immediately canceled my card to prevent further unauthorized withdrawals. So far, I have not yet contacted either Ziraat Bank’s customer service or CVMaker regarding this matter.
I request the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized transaction and a full refund of the ₺299 charged to my account. I also expect CVMaker to take urgent steps to prevent similar unauthorized charges for other customers. This situation is unacceptable and requires prompt resolution.
