On August 4, 2024, ₺300 was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank debit card via the CV Maker website without my knowledge or consent. The only time I ever used the site was on July 17, when I paid ₺30 for a one-time résumé creation. I never signed up for any subscription, yet my saved card information was later used to make a high-value withdrawal completely without my authorization.
After noticing the charge, I immediately checked my payment receipt and saw that it was processed under reconciliation number “4062408.” I still have the receipt and can provide it if needed. I contacted CV Maker by email to resolve the matter, but I have not received any response.
This situation has caused me financial loss and inconvenience. I demand a full refund of the unauthorized ₺300 charge and confirmation that my payment details have been removed from CV Maker’s system. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly so no other customers face the same problem.
