On 08.12.2025, two separate charges of ₺339 each were taken from my Enpara card by CVMaker, even though I do not have an active subscription and only used the application once. These withdrawals are completely unauthorized and unfair, and I have the relevant receipts and the transaction number 253196 as proof. I did not knowingly start any recurring subscription and did not give consent for repeated charges. I consider these duplicate and unjustified withdrawals as a serious abuse of trust. I request that all unjustly collected amounts be urgently refunded to my card and that my relationship with the application be completely terminated so that no further charges are made in the future.
