CV Maker Charged Me Without Consent — How to Cancel and Get a Refund

On September 13, 2025, I signed up on cvmaker.com to create a single résumé and paid $1. However, without my consent or any notice, additional charges of $7 each were taken from my Akbank card on September 21, 2025 and October 21, 2025 (transaction numbers: 831098**, 814543**, 810607**). When I tried to cancel the membership, the system wouldn’t accept my email address, so I couldn’t complete the cancellation.

I request that this issue be corrected, my membership be canceled immediately, and the total amount wrongfully withdrawn be refunded to me.
