I just let all the previous incompetent orders slip under the rug but the latest is like the last drop in the cup!! inefficiency continues. an absurd credit card authorization expiration excuse delayed part of my order. I lost time and convenience due to negligence. Another item received shipping confirmation but never advanced beyond label creation. The company failed to inform customers that warehouse relocation halted shipping. As a logistics professional, I find their lack of organization and communication intolerable, especially given their high product prices. they completely ruined my Crutchfield enthusiasm. Their late deliveries, poor communication, and excuses have left me dissatisfied, I don’t care how quality their products are or what they do is superb, they can’t deliver it!!
