Crutchfield Car Stereo Install Nightmare Due To Wrong Parts, Inferior Quality

I've bought car stuff from this company for a while, recently what a nightmare. ordered lots of wiring kits to install a new stereo in my truck last time. What came was never what I ordered… anything fit my vehicle, all trash. I wouldn't mind if their products were good, though but half their merchandise seems cheaply made overseas. I call them about this, and the person on the phone argues like it wasn’t their fault when they sent it! Somehow I managed to get what I wanted correctly, three weeks after installing this new stereo, my car catches fire! Maybe it's unrelated, but the timing stinks. They wouldn't give me store credit! It seems they only care about profit, not customer satisfaction. The whole thing was a mess. Avoid this company. Visit a company that sells quality parts and values customers. Eventually, you'll thank yourself
