The Back-Up Camera I Bought From Crutchfield Won't Work
I've been on the phone with their customer service for more than 5 hours just today and are still not getting anywhere. The camera’s he surround sound just won't work right. Every customer service rep I've talked to has told me something different like it was a broken record. They keep sending new parts and saying they'll fix the problem, to be honest, I feel like it's a waste of time. The reason I chose Crutchfield was because they always brag about how great their reviews are. But this experience has made me feel bad. Now that I think about it, I should have gone to a nearby store. Maybe I could have gotten some one-on-one help from someone who knows what they're doing there. This is a friendly warning for a back up camera at them: be ready for a possible customer service circus, which is another word for a complete mess.
