Crocs Order Exchange Request

I placed an online order for Crocs but mistakenly selected the wrong shoe size. I promptly emailed to request a size change before the order shipped, but received no reply. Later, I attempted to contact customer service multiple times but the calls were disconnected without any response. It's disappointing to experience such poor service from the globally renowned Crocs brand. There seems to be no way to reach customer service or receive a response. I hope this message prompts a resolution to my complaint. Order No: #235102
