Coursiv Charges for AI Advertising Service That Was Never Provided

I wanted to purchase an AI-powered advertising service through Coursiv for my business. I was told that the service would allow me to create and publish advertisements for my business using artificial intelligence, so I made a payment of $16 for it. However, what I received afterward was nothing more than an introduction to AI, and the promised advertising service was not provided.

On September 1, two separate pending transactions appeared on my bank account under the name V_coursiv-ai, which appears to be associated with Coursiv, in the amounts of $51 and $16, respectively, with the location listed as Limassol, Cyprus. I only intended to purchase the $16 service. Not only does the service provided fail to match what was promised, but the total amount showing on my account is also far higher than I expected.

I have not contacted the company about this matter yet. I am requesting that Coursiv investigate these transactions, cancel all charges, including any excess amounts charged as well as the fee collected for the service I received, and issue me a full refund of all amounts charged.
