Corsair H100 Liquid Cooler Missing Parts – No Support from After 10 Days

It’s been 10 days, and I still haven’t received any help from İncehesap.com regarding my issue. I purchased a Corsair H100 240 mm liquid cooler, but the lighting accessory was missing from the box, even though the product was brand new. When I reached out for assistance, they told me to contact the manufacturer instead of helping me directly. This makes no sense – I bought the product from İncehesap, not the manufacturer. If they don’t resolve this, I’ll post a video about the issue on my YouTube channel to warn others, and I’ll report this to the necessary authorities. This is unacceptable, and I expect proper support for my purchase.
