I Face Coomeet Premium Account Deletion Delay and Unwanted Charge

Three days ago, I submitted a request to delete my Coomeet Premium account because I no longer wish to use it. However, my request has not been processed, and I have been left waiting without any resolution. I also contacted Coomeet via email to follow up, but I still have not received any clear response or support.

On September 7, my account was charged ₺84 for a subscription fee, even though I was not using the service and had already asked for my account to be deleted. This has caused me unnecessary financial and emotional inconvenience.
