Coomeet Premium User Locked Out — Can’t Cancel Subscription

I’m having a serious issue with my Coomeet Premium subscription. On October 6, I purchased a Premium membership using my credit card. However, since that date, I’ve been unable to log into my account through the Android app. My email address (m**@outlook.com.tr)** isn’t being recognized, and I get the same error every time I try to sign in.

I haven’t received any notification about my account being suspended or canceled. I want to cancel my membership and stop automatic payments, but I can’t do so because I’m locked out of my account. Meanwhile, monthly charges continue to be withdrawn from my credit card without my consent.

I’m requesting that this issue be resolved immediately, that I be granted access to my account, and that my subscription be canceled to prevent any further charges.
