Coomeet Charged for Failed Payment Attempts, Refund Needed

I occasionally make purchases from Coomeet, but today I had an extremely frustrating experience. In the evening, I tried to buy a $5 package. The payment was not approved, so I attempted two more times, spending a total of $15. However, when I checked my bank account, I saw that ₺540 had been withdrawn.

Despite SMS messages indicating that the payments were not approved, my bank account clearly shows that the charges went through. I reached out to Coomeet’s support team, but I have not received a satisfactory response yet. I demand an immediate refund of my money and an explanation for this issue. This lack of proper payment processing is unacceptable, and it needs to be resolved promptly.
