I Want a Refund for Unauthorized Converter Space Transactions

Through a website called Converter.Space, three separate charges totaling $78 were made to my Ziraat Bank credit card without my knowledge or consent. I noticed from my account activity that $26 was charged on August 25, $26 on September 1, 2025, and $26 on September 8, 2025.

I did not start any membership related to these transactions, did not purchase any paid service, and did not give any approval. The email addresses possibly associated with the site are t*******@gmail.com or my Apple account d******@icloud.com. However, I did not receive any notification, and I have not been able to find any point of contact for support.

I am requesting a full refund of all charges and the immediate cancellation of any membership or subscription that may have been created under my name.
