I Was Charged by Converter Space App I Never Subscribed To

On October 15, a charge of $27 was made to my Akbank card through an app called YDS Converter Space without my knowledge or consent. The app appeared to be free, and I did not enter my card details anywhere or complete any membership or purchase process. I also did not receive any notification or email regarding this transaction.

I am requesting that this matter be urgently investigated and that the $27 charged without my authorization be refunded to my card.
