Converterspace Charged Me $19.99 for a Service Advertised as Free

On September 29, 2025, at 9:45 PM, I attempted to use Converterspace’s file conversion service, which was presented as free. However, without any notification or warning, $19.99 USD was charged to my card. Even though the service was advertised as free, I do not accept that this fee was taken without my knowledge or consent.

I was unable to reach any customer support and do not know how to resolve this issue. This is the first time I have experienced something like this, and no additional charges have been made so far.

I am requesting that the $19.99 charged to my card be refunded as soon as possible.
