If Converter Space keeps billing you weekly,
This is usually a hidden recurring subscription — you need to stop it at the source:
Find where the subscription is active;
• It may be:
– Converter Space website
– App Store / Google Play
– PayPal
• Important:
– Weekly charges = active auto-renew
You must cancel from the same platform.
Cancel the subscription properly;
• Try:
– Account → Billing / Subscription → Cancel
• If you can’t access it:
– You may have been subscribed without full account login
• In that case:
– Move to direct support or bank action
Contact support immediately;
• Write:
– “Cancel my subscription and stop all weekly charges immediately.”
• Include:
– Email (if used)
– Last 4 digits of card
– Charge date & amount
