I Want a Refund for Converter Space Unauthorized Charge

On October 11, 2025, I used the Converter Space app to convert a file to PDF using only the trial version. Even though I am certain that I did not select any paid plan, a charge of $19.99 USD was made to my Papara debit card. I did not choose any paid subscription during account creation or the process, and I did not receive any invoice or order confirmation.

I believe this charge was made in error and am requesting a full refund of the amount to my account. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue.
