Continental PremiumContact 7 Tire Developed Cracks After Only One Month

In May, I purchased four Continental PremiumContact 7 tires from Erkan Tire in Ankara, and in June, I had them installed on my 2019 Renault Megane 4. Shortly afterward, I noticed cracking on the left rear tire. I have not scraped the vehicle against anything, driven into any serious potholes, or subjected it to any significant impact. Despite this, the tire developed cracks, which has seriously concerned me.

When I contacted Continental about this issue, which I noticed approximately two weeks ago, I was referred to a local dealer because I live in Istanbul. The dealer told me that I would have to remove the tire from the vehicle and send it to them before they could take any action. Since I do not have a spare tire, I cannot leave my vehicle without a tire, so I am unable to remove and send it. No alternative solution was offered to me, and I did not feel that my situation was handled with sufficient concern or attention.

I did not expect a quality issue like this or such a lack of customer support from a major and trusted brand like Continental. I request that the crack on the left rear tire be evaluated under warranty and that the tire be replaced with a new one. I also ask Continental to take into consideration the fact that I do not have a spare tire and provide a practical solution that will resolve this issue without leaving me unable to use my vehicle.
