Continental EcoContact 6 Tires Developed Severe Sidewall Damage at 60,000 km

I purchased a used 2023 Ford Focus hybrid that came with factory-installed Continental EcoContact 6 tires. Although I do not drive the vehicle very frequently, most of my driving has been on paved roads between Üsküdar and Ataşehir in Istanbul, and I have only taken one long-distance trip to Ankara. Despite this, I am experiencing a serious problem with the tires. The vehicle has only 60,000 km on it and has not been driven under poor road conditions, yet all four tires have significant peeling, tears, and abnormal wear on the sidewalls.

When I first noticed the problem, I showed the tires to a tire specialist, who confirmed that their condition was quite poor and that this type of wear and deterioration was not normal. Since the tires on the vehicle are original factory-installed tires, I believe the problem may be related to a manufacturing defect. The fact that the tires have deteriorated this severely despite being used for a relatively short period, with limited mileage and mostly on good-quality roads, is concerning both from a safety perspective and in terms of the reputation of the brand.

For this reason, I request that Continental conduct a detailed inspection of the tires currently installed on my vehicle and, if deemed necessary, replace them with new tires at no cost to me. I ask that my concerns regarding safe driving be taken seriously and that I receive a clear written response regarding this matter.
