Connected2 Conversation List Disappeared on iPhone

I am writing regarding a technical issue I am experiencing with the Connected2 application on my iPhone 11.

Today, I noticed that although the number of messages on my profile continues to increase, my conversations no longer appear in my chat list. This problem started suddenly within a very short period of time and has continued ever since.

To resolve the issue, I deleted and reinstalled the application on my phone. I also tried creating another account and logging in again, but the problem remains exactly the same.

Although my profile indicates that my message count is increasing, no conversations are visible in my chat list, preventing me from accessing my messages.

The last four characters of my Apple ID are ltan, and my Connected2 username is crr445.

I believe this is a technical issue related either to my account or to the Connected2 application itself. I respectfully request that you investigate my account, restore my conversations so they are visible again, and permanently resolve this issue.

If necessary, I also request that your technical team review my account logs and provide me with a clear explanation of the cause of the problem and the steps taken to fix it.
