Minichat Wrongfully Suspended My Account on iPhone

I am writing to complain about the sudden ban on my Minichat account on my iPhone, even though I did not commit any violation. A short while ago, while I was normally using the application, a message suddenly appeared on the screen stating that my account was banned, showing my ID number 396143212 and a remaining ban duration of 719:20:55. During the use of the app my face was clearly visible, I did not perform any inappropriate action, did not break any of the rules, and did not violate any of the terms of use. Despite this, my account was blocked without any clear or understandable reason. I also request that support check the email address currently registered to my Minichat account, as I am reachable through that email for any clarification or confirmation they may need. I kindly request that the ban on my account be lifted urgently and that I be allowed to use Minichat again, as I have not committed any mistake that would justify such a severe penalty.
