Connected2 Banned My Account Right After I Paid for Plus and Views

I am writing regarding the permanent suspension of my Connected2.me account, which I believe was applied unfairly.

I have been an active user of Connected2.me for a long time, and I have a Plus membership. My username is "sivilsoldier." My profile photo and biography do not contain any inappropriate images, language, or content, yet my account was permanently blocked with the message stating that "your profile has been permanently blocked."

On July 20, 2026, I purchased 500 profile views for ₺130 and also paid ₺180 for a Plus membership. Immediately after making these purchases, my account was permanently suspended on the grounds that it was allegedly inappropriate.

This sequence of events is extremely confusing and unfair. My account had no issues before I made these payments, yet shortly afterward it was suddenly considered to violate the rules. This has raised serious concerns for me about the fairness and consistency of the moderation process.

To exercise my right to appeal, I was required to have a Plus membership. I purchased it and submitted my appeal. However, only about two minutes after my appeal was reviewed, my account was blocked again. I am now being told that I must wait one week before I can submit another appeal.

As a result, I cannot access my account, use the application, or benefit from the services that I paid for.

I respectfully request that my account be manually reviewed again by your moderation team. Since I have not shared any inappropriate content, I ask that the permanent suspension be removed and that my account be restored as soon as possible.

If you determine that my account should remain suspended, I kindly request a detailed written explanation identifying the specific content or activity that allegedly violated your policies.

I also request a fair resolution regarding the money I paid for my Plus membership and 500 profile views, as I have been unable to use the services I purchased because of this suspension.
