My Connected2.me Account Has Been Suspended

My Connected2.me account has been suspended—completely out of the blue. I had a Plus membership, and my username was @esmerbomba****. We pay a significant amount of money for this service. I used the platform regularly and never violated any rules to my knowledge. I don’t understand how my account could be closed without any warning, notification, or apparent reason. It’s really upsetting to be treated like this after being a paying user. If the account is not reactivated, I will request a full refund for all the Plus fees paid for the account I was using.
