I Got Banned from Connected2.me Despite Having Plus Membership

I’ve been unfairly banned from my Connected2.me account under the username Mamam68, even though I’m a Plus subscriber and have paid for membership. My account was taken down due to baseless complaints, without any valid investigation or warning. This is completely unacceptable for a platform that charges a premium and claims to care about user experience.
This isn’t the first time this has happened either—my account was previously banned and later reinstated after review. So why is this happening again? I had many connections and conversations on that account, and now I’ve lost access to everything I paid for.
I’m requesting immediate reactivation of my account. If Connected2.me continues to suspend paying members without proper reason, I’ll have no choice but to take further action. I expect a fast and fair resolution this time.
