Webhelp Company is Cheating People

My wife applied for a customer service representative position on Kariyer and was contacted shortly after by a company called Webhelp. They conducted a preliminary interview before requesting her ID number to complete her registration. My wife provided the information because she was excited about the job opportunity. However, I later found that this company is shady and practices unethical business practices. I'm also concerned that anyone can post job ads like this, and there's no way to ensure they're genuine. But my primary complaint is with Webhelp for forcibly obtaining people's personal information. It's not right, and I feel like They disrespected my wife's trust. I'm going to file a complaint against this company, and I hope others do as well, so they can't take advantage of people like this in the future.
